Beat Stress Eating Chocolate


So you are stressed and need to relax. So what do you do? You should head to the shops to buy some dark chocolate.

It was always known that chocolates can have some health benefits other than just cause damage. Scientists have now carried out extensive research to prove that a regular helping of the treat re-balances chemicals in the body during times of high anxiety. According to a study carried out by the Dutch and Swiss scientists published by the American Chemical Society, claims that ten squares of dark chocolate a day for two weeks can cure stress.

It is being described as the latest super food because of its anti-oxidants and the health boosting compounds called flavinoids.

The daily dose of 40 grams of chocolate over a period of two weeks can modify the metabolism said Nestle researcher Sunil Kochhar. The chocolate is said to help reduce the risk of heart disease and lower blood pressure.

Researchers said the chocolates brought the chemicals in your body back into balance.

Does that mean you no longer have to worry about going to see you doctor to get medication to help you with stress?

So now you have every reason to be stressed. And if you are told off when caught nibbling on dark chocolate, then just refer whoever it is to the research.

This is like heaven on earth for all the chocolate lovers.

Let’s hope they can come up with something where you can loose weight by eating chocolates.
